Complete the daily van check before your first journey of the day. A defect logged in the app reaches Dawn immediately; do not drive a van with a safety-critical defect until you have spoken to her.

Company vans are for work use and travel to and from site. Personal use outside of that is not covered by our insurance.

Loads must be secured with the straps provided. Loose tools in the back of a van become projectiles in a collision, and a fine for an insecure load falls on the driver.

Fuel cards are for the assigned van only. Keep receipts and hand them to Elaine at the end of the week.

Report any damage, however minor, on the day it happens. Nobody gets in trouble for a scraped wing they reported. People do get in trouble for one found a fortnight later.
